Established in 1986, Pressure Vessels (India) is a leading manufacturer & exporter of chemical industry equipment, petrochemical industry equipment, pressure vessels, shell and tube heat exchangers, distillation columns and skids required for water treatment, chemical and petrochemical industries. More than 60% of equipments manufactured by PV(I) are exported to different parts of the world. Pressure Vessels (India) was awarded certification of ISO 9001 - 2008 in 2010 by DNV and currently PV(I) is in the process of obtaining 'U' stamp certification.

Pressure Vessels (India) has been approved by almost all prestigious third party inspection agencies which include LRA, BVIS, DNV,AKPG, TUV, EIL, QUEST, JACOBS H & G, BAX COUNSEL, SGS, MECON, IRS, ABS (Ind.),ABS (Pacific), MOODIES INTERNATIONAL, TCE, CCOE NAGPUR and many others

The equipments manufactured by Pressure Vessels (India) are fabricated as per the inspection and test plan that is provided by either the customer or as per the quality assurance plan of Pressure Vessels (India). There is a strict maintenance of record of each equipment. Owing to such stringent quality measures, Pressure Vessels have been awarded with ISO 9001-2008 certificate in 2010 and is now in the process of obtaining U stamp certification.

Pressure Vessels (I) has fairly large fabrication shop measuring 17000 Sq. ft. and is well equipped with modern rolling, welding and machining facilities. It is strategically situated in Pune Industrial area which is just about 140 KM from Mumbai & has good road and air connectivity to Mumbai. Pune has excellent facilities which are required to export equipments to any part of the world.

Seminars are held at regular intervals so as to discuss the latest developments in design, welding, materials and logistics.

• Welding Facilities
  The entire welding process is carried out as per the approved welding procedures using the world's best consumables and by qualified welders under competent supervision.
• Rolling Facility
  Rolling services upto 100mm thickness in carbon steel is available in addition to in- house capacity of rolling.
• Drilling/ Reaming/Grooving Facility
  Four Radial drilling machines are used for all the drilling activities which have a capacity to drill up to 50mm dia in steel. Tube sheets of various material of construction like CS, Stainless Steel, Brass, and Cupronickel Cladde. Tubesheets (C.S. to S.S., S.S. to Titanium etc.). Upto 200 mm thickness can be easily drilled on these machines.
• Turning
  Apart from in-house capacity, we can machine & drill tube sheets/ flanges up to 5 meters diameter & 200 mm thickness.
• Retubing
  Pressure Vessels (India) has excellent facility to pull out old, leaking or corroded tubes in old heat exchangers without cutting the tube sheets. This is achieved with the help of 30 ton hydraulic tube pullers.
• Dished End Pressing
  Dished ends upto 130 mm thickness Cold / Hot forming is available. Any type of D/E (torispherical, ellipsoidal or Hemispherical) with PWHT can be pressed and spun by PV(I).

Pressure Vessels (I) is an ISO 9001: 2008 company, certified by DNV for the fabrication of Tanks, Vessels, & Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers. All the equipments are manufactured as per company's quality Assurance Plan or as per QAP given by the customer. Computerised Inspection Records as per QAP are maintained by our quality assurance department and either a file of all records or CDs are handed over to customer along with the equipments. Our systematic method of documentation takes care of equipment at every stage of manufacturing. It is also accepted by all international inspection agencies.
